HOW MUCH IS THE MODERN ELOPEMENT PACKAGE and WHAT IS INCLUDED?

COST:  $795.00 + tax

RETAINER FEE:  $400.00 + tax due when reserving your wedding date.

REMAINING BALANCE:  $395.00 + tax due exactly one month prior to your wedding date.

HOW DO WE RESERVE A DATE/TIME FOR THE MODERN ELOPEMENT PACKAGE?  

You will be required to complete a contract and pay the retainer fee to reserve this package.  

You can reserve your wedding date one of two ways;

IN PERSON:  You will need to come in on a TUESDAY during COTTAGE TOURS 3pm to 6pm to reserve a date and time.

EMAIL:  Contract and Invoice complete online.

 

CAN WE RESERVE ONLINE?  

Yes.  

 

WHERE IS OUR WEDDING CEREMONY HELD?

You have choices!

The COTTAGE:  Maximum head count is 12 persons (Happy Couple and 10 guests)

The COURTYARD:  Year Round

The WOODLANDS:  May - November

The CARRIAGE HOUSE - NEW!:  $125.00 upgrade fee.

 

HOW MUCH TIME DO WE HAVE AT THE COTTAGE?  

1 Hour.  

 

CAN WE ADD MORE TIME TO THE MODERN ELOPEMENT PACKAGE?

No.

 

WHAT TIME CAN WE ARRIVE?

On Time.  Doors will open precisely at the start of your reserved time frame.

 

HOW MANY GUESTS CAN WE HAVE?  

Up to 20 guests are included in the package.  

You can add up to 10 additional guests for a flat fee of $195.00

 

DO CHILDREN COUNT AS A GUEST?

YEs.  All persons attending count as a guest.

 

WHAT IF WE HAVE 26 GUESTS? 

You will need to upgrade to the next package, THE INTIMATE CEREMONY PACKAGE, which will allow more guests (and time).

 

CAN WE GET DRESSED AT THE COTTAGE?  

YES.  There will be approximately 10 minutes to prep before walking down the aisle.

*Only the couple getting married can get dressed at the venue.

All other wedding party members and guests are expected to arrive dressed and ready.

 

HOW LONG DO WE HAVE FOR PHOTOS?  

If you arrive on time and the ceremony begins promptly, you will have approximately 30 - 35 minutes for a few quick photos following the ceremony.

 

WHERE CAN WE TAKE PHOTOS?

Inside the cottage and outdoors.  

The CARRIAGE HOUSE is NOT available, unless you upgrade.

 

CAN WE BRING IN A PROFESSIONAL PHOTOGRAPHER?  

Yes.  However, we notify them that our timelines are strict.

 

DOES OUR PHOTOGRAPHER COUNT AS A GUEST?

No.  However, we only allow 1 photographer (not a team).

 

CAN WE HAVE OUR OWN OFFICIANT?

Yes.  

 

CAN WE WRITE OUR OWN VOWS?

Yes.  If you choose this option, please let us know.

 

CAN WE CHOOSE OUR OWN SONGS?

Yes.  You can choose up to 3 songs to play for the ceremony.
